it has exceptionally nice rooms and good location near bistros, tourist sights and a taxi. its staff are amicable.

Excellent base for travelling to Paris and sightseeing. Friendly staff, no complaint. Comfortable bed. Private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dryer, and bath sheets. Nearby Uma Nota is a plus. Few city centre attractions not very far from the place.

The apartment at Loft Basfour was so cozy and comfortable, with a lovely living room to relax in. The bedroom was perfect for a good night's sleep, and I loved having two bathrooms for convenience. The fully equipped kitchen was amazing, especially the fridge and coffee machine. Plus, having a flat-screen TV with cable channels was a great bonus!

I personally didn't use the washing machine, but others might find it useful.

One small issue we encountered was at the end of our stay when the hosts arranged a taxi for us. They initially stated it would take about 12 minutes, but after waiting for around 20 minutes, they informed us that there were no available taxis.
